Between 1965 and 1967, the Beatles released a trio of increasingly more adventurous and inventive studio albums — Rubber Soul, Revolver, and Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. After releasing Revolver in August‘67, the Fab Four embarked on their final tour — a 19-city North American affair that culminated in their historic final concert at Candlestick Park in San Francisco —before retiring from live performances.
